Bringing nearly two decades of experience as a local resident and professional, Slava Kostadinova serves clients in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix. She worked as a news reporter while in college but discovered her love of real estate shortly after graduating. Her educational background in public relations and law set her apart as a credentialed real estate professional.

With a specialty in luxury real estate, Kostadinova works with both residential and commercial clientele. She learned her markets by pounding the pavement and maintaining a dedication to prosperity. Taking care to educate clients and set expectations is key, and she provides her clients with as much information as possible to aid in their decision making. A powerful negotiator and client ally devoted to exceptional service, she takes pride in the emotional intelligence and sunny disposition that underscore her referral-based business. “I am all business but, at the same time, I like to approach life with a smile,” she says.

“It was an interesting year,” says Kostadinova, as she reflects on 2022. She had the privilege of representing one of the area’s most-respected builders, making record-breaking sales on two of their newly constructed homes. She also had the honor of hiring hundreds of qualified agents at her firm and spearheading her company’s luxury division—a long-held goal. Though she serves on DeLex Realty’s leadership team managing 800 agents, she enjoys her busy workdays and being surrounded by amazing business minds.

A member of her local and national Realtor associations, Kostadinova also holds memberships with the Asian Association of Real Estate in America and LUXVT’s elite marketing program. Outside of work, Kostadinova has a passion for supporting domestic violence shelters and revels in motherhood. “Every time my son’s teacher tells me I am raising a kind, empathetic human being, I feel most accomplished,” she shares. She also likes to paint, cook and has a penchant for fashion.
