Mark Hutchins and Jereme Kleven

My Home Group

Best friends Mark Hutchins and Jereme Kleven decided to obtain their real estate licenses while in college. Both Scottsdale natives, they discovered early in their careers that local brokerages lacked the support, freedom and affordability needed by agents. Setting their sights on a better picture, the two joined forces to form My Home Group. They now lead a thriving business that keeps value and customer support top of mind.

“Our model is designed for agents of all levels and styles to be successful,” says the duo. “We live by our core values—MHG CARES: motivated, honorable, growth, committed, abundance, righteous, excellence and synergy.”

Known by agents and partners for providing top-notch training and a family environment, Hutchins and Kleven strive for a corporate culture that feels like home for their agents and secures the perfect homes for clients. Their hands-on work style permeates their team, allowing the group to serve a broad range of commercial and residential clientele throughout Arizona with personalized care.

As growth is a key core value, Hutchins and Kleven cultivated My Home Group’s expansion through impeccable service, networking, referrals and strategic marketing. Their positive impact on Arizona’s real estate landscape has been professionally acknowledged. They earned accolades for best brokerage in Tempe and Scottsdale in 2022, as well as having earned their way into the 2023 hall of fame for top rankings as a brokerage in Scottsdale. The two remain committed to expanding the firm through education, in-house collaboration and strategic partnerships.

Hutchins supports the needs of those living with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis through his work with the ALS Association’s Arizona chapter, while Kleven works with the local Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Outside of work, the two enjoy time with their families and partaking in all the Scottsdale area has to offer.
