Rigby Cilley and Riley Cilley

The Cilleys, Realty Executives Phoenix

Sisters Rigby and Riley Cilley, who both have psychology degrees, have a combined 21 years in the real estate industry. They treat their clients like family and counsel them through their transactions. The field is in their blood, with two generations of family before them having been in real estate.

Learning another side of the industry, Rigby worked in escrow before becoming an agent. Riley honed high-stress interpersonal skills working in hospital administration. Together, they utilize their extensive market knowledge to competitively price listings that sell for top dollar in the shortest amount of time.

Serving residential clients in Northeast Valley, Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, the market is well known to these area natives. In addition to single-family homes and condominiums, the Cilleys also hold specialties in land sales. Though Rigby is more easy-going and Riley more process driven, they tailor their approach to provide personalized service. With the perfect combination of a low-key approach and their mother’s “Iowa work ethic,” they are known for stress-free transactions.

Rigby’s powerhouse negotiation skills, and Riley’s tech savvy marketing yielded much success last year, even as the two had baby boys within a month of each other. They won Ranking Arizona’s Top Team award, as well as their firm’s esteemed Excellence in Real Estate Award. They also lay claim to multiple individual commendations and are members of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, where Riley serves on the board. They both serve on the Young Professionals Network committee and they co-chair the 85254 Realtor marketing session.

As firmly rooted community members, the Cilleys are regular volunteers. Rigby partnered with Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels last year and helped run multiple charity golf tournaments for Realty Executives, while Riley is a mentor with the company. The team also works with multiple food banks, The Salvation Army, March of Dimes and the ASPCA.
