A former Scottsdale resident who now resides in the Southeast Valley, Miranda Tate serves clients in these areas with expert knowledge of the terrain. With a passion for helping others, Tate entered the field out of a desire to educate the community about the importance of purchasing real estate. A collegiate athlete who played basketball since the age of six, Tate has always had a winner’s mentality. Likening her approach to being on the court, she says, “In real estate, I master the fundamentals, am a team player, never stop learning and enhancing my craft, know when to pivot … and play to win.”

Be it door knocking, telemarketing or leadership strategy, Tate brings more than 23 years of sales experience to her clients. Her typical clientele ranges from first-time residential to luxury buyers, and she specializes in investor representation. She’s known for a perfect mix of professionalism and being personable. With sharp negotiation skills and tireless dedication, Tate drives business with a client-focused blueprint.

Of all Tate’s accomplishments over the past year, she’s most proud of her work easing first-time homebuyers through closing to new ownership. While many of her clients come by way of referral, she has increased her network and clientele through organic relationship building.

Tate now utilizes the business intelligence she honed early in her career as leader of her own team, MDT Luxury Group. Working as a strategist and national mentor in this capacity, she is actively recruiting ambitious agents and looks forward to steering the team to growth.
