After over a decade of experience in the mortgage lending industry, Vice President of Guaranteed Rate Edgar Saucedo has a goal of making wealth-building fun and easy for his clients. He’s committed to finding solutions to all his clients’ problems and streamlining the mortgage process.
Saucedo first got into the lending business after purchasing his first home and finding himself disappointed with the process. “I realized it was something I could do, and be able to do it better,” he shares.
Saucedo is recognized as a top Hispanic lender by the NAHREP, specializing in working with Spanish-speaking clients. He says education is of the utmost importance when working with clients who aren’t fluent in English, but it’s also vital to let clients know they have someone in their corner. “I give them undivided attention and listen to their story,” he says. “I let them know that buying a home is an emotional process, and that they’re working with a team who has their best interests in mind.”
Outside of work, Saucedo is a proud father. His oldest daughter recently celebrated her fifteenth birthday.
