Ranked among the top 1% of all mortgage originators by Scotsman Guide, Anthony Marinaccio has 20 years of residential mortgage experience and is active, as he likes to say, in the “mortgage-origination trenches.”
Pushing transformation in the industry, Marinaccio spends considerable time educating clients on real estate ownership. He also coaches other mortgage professionals to “surpass success” in their businesses.
“As a father to three very talented little ladies and the youngest of five siblings who are all older sisters, I have evolved into a natural leader since I had to stand out in a family of seven,” Marinaccio says. He was competitive in sports, earning sponsorships for terrain park snowboarding and serving as high school varsity captain in swimming and diving. He evolved into a USA-qualified diver with a full-ride college scholarship as a first-year varsity team captain.
That competitive spirit and hunger for greatness still echo in Marinaccio’s real estate career today. The self-accountability, competitiveness and leadership skills he learned as an athlete have made him a consummate mortgage professional. He was recognized in 2019 and 2020 as a Chicago power player by Chicago Social Magazine, and additionally was named the No. 1 Agent Choice Loan Officer by Chicago Agent Magazine in 2018.
An avid investor, Marinaccio’s top side gig is developing real estate investments from custom home builds to his newest venture, an 80-acre glamping experience in Arizona.
