Vanessa Roark is now associated with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Phoenix/Paradise Valley office as an affiliate agent. Roark was previously affiliated with Platinum Living Realty, where she received the 2022 Rookie of the Year award and the 2022 Circle of Excellence award based on gross commission income.

“I have a strong foundation in real estate and have successfully assisted numerous clients in their property transactions,” Roark said in a press release. “I chose to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because of its longstanding reputation for excellence and trust in the marketplace. I am looking forward to leveraging my skills and experience to continue helping families find their dream homes and achieve their real estate goals.”

An experienced real estate investor and short-term rental host, Roark worked in experiential marketing for brands including Verizon, the NFL and DirectTV before becoming licensed as an agent. Outside of work, she volunteers with Birthing the Magic, a nonprofit organization focused on maternal health for women of color.
