REMAX Fine Properties opened its new East Valley office, located at 355 E. Germann Road in Gilbert.

The 5,130-square-foot office is more than double the size of the brokerage’s previous Gilbert office and features 11 private offices, a conference room, reception area, communal workspaces and a server/IT room.

“Our vision is to make REMAX Fine Properties one of the strongest and most recognized real estate organizations in the East Valley,” Managing Partner Dan Porter said in a press release. “This office wasn’t created simply to accommodate growth — it was created to drive it. We want it to be more than just a place where agents hang their licenses. We want it to be a hub for training, collaboration, leadership, community and growth as we continue building REMAX Fine Properties for the next chapter, not just the next year.”
