REMAX Solutions is merging with REMAX Fine Properties, which will continue to operate under the REMAX Fine Properties name. The move incorporates about 40 new agents into the REMAX Fine Properties framework, bringing the agent count to over 400 across 10 offices in the state.

REMAX Solutions was founded by Dan Porter in 2011. Moving forward, agents from the current office will relocate to a new office in Gilbert, and Porter will serve as a managing broker of REMAX Fine Properties.

“As our organization grows stronger, so does our ability to provide expanded leadership accessibility, advanced coaching and training programs, enhanced operational resources and powerful technology solutions that support our agents and helps them win in an increasingly competitive marketplace,” Porter said in a press release. “Ultimately, this focus elevates the client experience and reinforces the trust that the REMAX brand represents.”

REMAX Fine Properties merged with REMAX Professionals in January.

“We are building a community within the REMAX brand designed for the next generation of top-performing professionals, one that combines scale, innovation, culture and unmatched agent support,” Greg Remmers, managing partner and designated broker of REMAX Fine Properties, said in a press release. “By bringing together talented agents and expanding our statewide presence, we are creating a platform where productivity, collaboration and opportunity can thrive at the highest level.”

The brokerage’s cumulative production volume is now expected to exceed $3 billion annually.
