Former Major League Baseball player Mike Mendoza is now affiliated with eXp Realty, departing Keller Williams after 29 years.

Mendoza brings his Ahwatukee-based team, the Mendoza Team, along with him: his wife, Jude Mendoza; his son, Josh Mendoza; and team members Rob Castellini, Cheryl Kvasnicka, Megan Bradley, Brad Turk and Taylor Turk.

“There is more opportunity for me, my son Josh, and the rest of our team with eXp,” Mendoza said in a press release. “It’s a cutting-edge company with technology that is also focused on agent support. I like the forward-looking mentality to help agents grow and succeed in a constantly shifting industry.”

Mendoza’s real estate career spans more than four decades. Past leadership roles include his position as founder and former operating principal of Keller Williams Northwest Region, which grew to over 3,500 agents under his direction.
