Homebuilder PulteGroup promoted Michelle Gregorec to president of its Arizona division. Gregorec brings over 20 years of experience with PulteGroup to her new role, in which she’ll lead homebuilding operations in greater Phoenix and Tucson.

“Having previously served as a key PulteGroup leader in this division, Michelle brings an invaluable level of understanding and experience that has more than prepared her for this new role,” Chris Edgar, PulteGroup West area president, said in a news release. “Her passion, business insight and commitment to people will lead this new chapter of our Arizona division’s rich history of success.”

Gregorec first joined PulteGroup in 1998 after graduating from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Gregoric formerly served as the vice president of finance for PulteGroup’s Arizona division.
