Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Tim McBride pursued a career in professional sports and entertainment upon earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in the field. After his sports-tech company plateaued, he found himself back in Arizona and pivoted into what has been a fruitful six-year career in real estate.
Now residing in the Scottsdale area, McBride works with residential clients in Scottsdale and nearby locales. He strives to be intentional in his interactions and build real relationships with his clientele. Describing his approach as relationship-driven and impact-focused, he challenges himself daily to elevate his standard of service to clients and community.
McBride is in the top 1% of Realtors in the state of Arizona by sales volume. Hard work, drive and perseverance have gained him a few deserving accolades: among HousingWire’s Rising Star Class of 2022 and the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors’ 40 Under 40 group last year.
Passionate about bridging the gap between his business and community endeavors, McBride founded the organization Homes for Good to harness the relationship capital and access of real estate to connect compassionate professionals and clients to local causes. Homes for Good has helped 19 local nonprofits raise over $110,000 and reach more than 25,000 people.
He says, “I believe residential real estate has incredible potential to tell a much bigger story beyond the transaction and be a catalyst for inspiration, impact and the transformation of our neighborhoods and communities.”
McBride’s values serve as the foundation for what will one day be his professional legacy. He partnered with the cloud-based brokerage REAL to uplevel his service offerings to clients, to connect with like-minded agents, and to empower positive impact on both national and international scales. Outside the office and charitable endeavors, McBride is devoted to his wife, with whom he shares a decade of marital bliss, and their three children.
