“I know contracts inside and out, and how to negotiate, so a client never leaves money on the table,” she says.

An award-winning broker, vice president of the Board of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors and board member of the Arizona Association of Realtors, Cahill has maintained Million Dollar Guild status through the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing since 2018. She assists buyers and sellers with luxury and investment properties in North Scottsdale, where she has lived for almost 17 years, and Carefree. Cahill leads a team of two agents, which means someone is always available, even at a moment’s notice, to meet clients’ needs.

Cahill became involved in real estate during the 2012 downturn, purchasing investment properties for her family. “I had a lot of success using the properties as income-producing long-term rentals,” she recalls. “After about a year, my friends and family asked me to help them with both investment properties and their personal properties.” While she is more focused on luxury now, she still loves handling investment deals.

Detail-oriented, Cahill has a passion for studying the market and educating clients about current conditions, inventory and trends. “I take my time with each client and listen to what they want,” she says. “My sellers like that I truly market their properties on all social media platforms and print publications, with the use of not only photography, but also video, drone and 3D-style tours of their homes.” What’s more, she does lifestyle staging, so that buyers can see themselves living in the property. 

Outside of real estate, she enjoys hiking, golf, kayaking and skiing.
