David Weekley Homes is now selling in the Waddell community of Sentiero at Windrose. The builder broke ground on homes in the development in February.

Sentiero will include homes ranging from 2,300 to 3,300 square feet, all on 70-foot lots. David Weekley Homes will offer six floor plans featuring a mixture of exterior designs, including desert transitional, farmhouse, desert prairie and Spanish architecture.

A model home, The Cortessa, is open daily for tours.
