Toll Brothers’ new luxury gated community, Toll Brothers at HighPoint, is now open in Scottsdale.
The builder is offering eight single-story floor plans with three to seven bedrooms. Personalization options include casitas, multigenerational living quarters and oversized garages. Pricing starts at $1.6 million.

Toll Brothers at HighPoint is zoned to Cave Creek Unified School District.
