Introduced to the mortgage business as a teenager, Miles Brady spent his high school summers working for his father’s team at Citibank. After graduating from Boise State University, he returned to his hometown of Chicago to take the next step in his career.

As a loan officer assistant with U.S. Bank, Brady helped two top-producing loan officers close over $100 million in combined annual volume. “That experience taught me that real estate goes beyond loan processing,” he shares. “It’s about guiding people through one of life’s biggest financial decisions.”

Now a physician loan specialist with Wintrust Mortgage, Brady is recognized as the go-to lender for medical professionals, including doctors, dentists, pharmacists and veterinarians throughout the Greater Phoenix area. By understanding clients’ unique financial situations, from high student loan debt to complex 1099 income structures, he focuses on tailoring solutions that work rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

“I navigate through variable employment contracts and work with underwriters to approve scenarios that other lenders are not able to,” Brady explains. “I take the time to square away any underwriting challenges upfront in order to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for my clients.”

With almost eight years of experience in the mortgage business, Brady’s dedication has earned him industrywide recognition. In 2025, he received the MortgageCX award for customer satisfaction, achieving extraordinary ratings from client surveys. In 2024, he earned the Loan Officer of the Year honor from Phoenix Agent magazine for his commitment to providing a stress-free mortgage process.
