Mattamy Homes will host grand opening events for new-home communities within two master-planned developments in San Tan Valley: Bella Vista Farms and Soleo.
The builder’s offerings at Bella Vista Farms include six floor plans ranging from 1,868 to 2,935 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two- to three-car garages.
At Soleo, meanwhile, Mattamy is offering seven floor plans ranging from 1,535 to 2,605 square feet, with both one- and two-story options available. Plans feature two- or 2.5-car garage options.
Pricing for both communities starts in the low $400,000s.
“San Tan Valley continues to be one of the most exciting growth areas in the East Valley, and both Bella Vista Farms and Soleo reflect what today’s homebuyers are looking for within a highly amenitized master-planned community,” Don Barrineau, Phoenix division president for Mattamy Homes, said in a press release. “These communities offer distinct lifestyles and thoughtfully designed amenities, all in a location that keeps residents connected to outdoor recreation, everyday conveniences and the larger Phoenix metro.”
Mattamy’s tailgate-themed grand opening tour for prospective homebuyers will take place on Jan. 24.
