Toll Brothers opened model homes at the Sereno Canyon master-planned community in Scottsdale, showcasing its new Enclave Collection.

Offerings in the builder’s new collection range from 2,157 to 2,392 square feet with two to four bedrooms, 2.5 to four bathrooms and two-car garages. Pricing starts at $1.2 million.

Sereno Canyon amenities include the Mountain House Lodge, a private resort with pools, a fitness center, spa, restaurant and gathering areas.
