Randy Anaya moved his 65-agent brokerage, Equity Realty Group, to The Real Brokerage.

Previously independently operated, Equity Realty Group was founded in 2009. In the years since, the team has built a client base across Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Litchfield Park and Tolleson and achieves an annual sales volume of $191 million.

“The industry is shifting, and I believe technology-based brokerages represent the future,” Anaya said in a press release. “Real has built a business model that is proving successful at scale and creating meaningful opportunities for agents. Anaya says he built his brokerage on “faith, family and the belief that clients should be treated like family.” He follows in the footsteps of his father, who was the first Hispanic real estate broker in Arizona.
