Coldwell Banker Realty Arizona announced that Jessica “Jess” Downs is now affiliated with its Phoenix/Paradise Valley office. Downs formerly served as the marketing and communications director for Launch Real Estate, an independent brokerage in Scottsdale.

“I grew up with a mom who invested in real estate, mostly in rentals, and that gave me a deeper understanding and appreciation for residential properties that led me to pursue real estate as an agent now,” Downs shared in a press release. “I chose to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because of their support system and dedication to historical properties in our area. I also know they will be able to provide the support I need to be successful.”
