Chicago-based brokerage Fulton Grace Realty is expanding into Arizona with its first franchise partner.
Whorton was previously affiliated with Keller Williams Arizona Realty.

Two years after his original departure from the company, Mark McLaughlin is returning to Compass as the company’s chief real estate strategist.

Coldwell Banker Northland will acquire the existing Prescott office owned by Coldwell Banker Realty in Arizona.
Phoenix agent Dyana Pond is now associated with Coldwell Banker Realty’s North Scottsdale office as an affiliate agent.
Phoenix agent Bill Brandt is now associated with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Phoenix/Paradise Valley office as an associate broker.
Inman was previously associated with Keller Williams.
The incoming executive has held similar roles at BlueLinx Corp. and Extended Stay America.
The hire follows the December 2022 firing of the homebuilder’s senior vice president for field operations, who had been tapped to become COO on Jan. 1.

The veteran of Glendale-area real estate brings over 21 years of experience to her new role, where she’ll oversee the brokerage’s real estate operations.
The independent Arizona brokerage will now work with the Keller Williams Phoenix market center.
“After selling our New Jersey home and buying our dream home in Arizona, I was inspired to help others going through this process and began my real estate career,” Hawkins shared.
The brokerage will work in partnership with Keller Williams Integrity First Realty in Gilbert.
