Trilogy, the active-adult arm of Shea Homes, celebrated the grand opening of Ridgecrest, a 55-plus, resort-style community.

Ridgecrest is located within Northpointe at Vistancia, a master-planned community in Peoria. The community includes 10 single-story, detached homes with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, dens/offices and two- to three-car garages.

Pricing begins in the low $500,000s.

“Interest in Ridgecrest has been strong since we opened presales in September 2024,” Hal Looney, area president of Shea Homes’ Lifestyle division in Arizona, shared in a press release. “Now that our beautiful model homes are open for tours, buyers can see how the floor plans fit their lifestyle, where their furniture will go and truly imagine living their best life here.”

Residents will have access to the Ridgecrest Wellness Social Club, slated to open in 2026. The community gathering place will feature a fitness wing, a pool with lap lanes, event lawns, sporting courts and a trailhead for the community’s network of walking paths.
