Kevin Gonzales, former COO of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, will now serve as vice president of operations and growth for The Noble Agency.

Gonzales departs Russ Lyon Sotheby’s after over 28 years with the brokerage, during the last four of which he oversaw 11 offices across Arizona while supervising the management team, agent development, marketing, recruiting, relocation and more. In his new role, he’ll be tasked with heading The Noble Agency’s growth initiatives and expanding industry partnerships.
