NAHREP: Phoenix’s top Latino agents 2026

Juan Grimaldo, Matias Rosales, Ashley Sanchez Ochoa and Gabriella Palma ranked as Phoenix's top Latino agents on NAHREP's annual Top 250.

Juan Grimaldo is the top-transacting Latino agent in the Phoenix area, according to the annual Top 250 Latino Agents ranking from the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

Grimaldo, an agent with eXp Realty in Peoria, handled 132 transactions last year with a sales volume of over $52.8 million, making him the No. 12 Latino real estate agent in the United States.

All told, NAHREP’s top 250 agents represent 42 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. The top brand represented in the ranking is eXp Realty, with 35 agents, followed by REMAX with 20, Realty of America with 18, Keller Williams with 16 and Coldwell Banker with 12.

Women make up 57% of the top 250 Latino agents, with men making up 42%. Seventeen percent own their own business, 58% are brokers and 45% have more than 10 years of industry experience (followed by six to 10 years at 33% and two to five years to 21%).

Over half of the top 250 agents are Gen X, followed by Millennials at 37%, baby boomers at 6% and Gen Z at 5%. Ninety-five percent are bilingual.
