Belgravia Group topped out phase one of its Atavia condominium community in Scottsdale. Phase two sales are now underway.

Plans for the development feature 14 four-story buildings with two-, three- and four-bedroom condominiums with private two-car garages. Luxury finishes include 10-foot ceilings, Italian cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Pricing ranges from $860,000 to $1.7 million.

“Atavia was designed for buyers who want luxury, privacy and comfort without compromising convenience,” Belgravia Group CEO Jonathan McCulloch said in a press release. “Every detail, from the unique floorplans to the amenities and architectural character, was created to feel like a true retreat in the middle of North Scottsdale.”

Amenities at Atavia include a clubhouse, pool and spa, fitness center, indoor-outdoor yoga studio, golf simulator, grilling areas and courtyards.

First move-ins are scheduled for winter 2026.
