Kevin Rosinski takes over as president of Camelot Homes

by Emily Marek

Camelot Homes named Kevin Rosinski its new president following his five-year tenure as COO.

With Rosinski’s appointment, former co-owners Mark and Julie Hancock will transition to board positions, having previously served as managing directors. The leadership change comes after Camelot’s October 2025 announcement that it would be transitioning into an employee stock ownership plan, giving employees the option to obtain stakes in the company.

“Kevin has earned this role the right way,” Mark Hancock said in a press release. “Over the past five years, he has consistently raised the bar for how we operate, how we lead and how we develop our people. He does not settle for good enough, and that mindset has made our company better at every level.”

Rosinski has 25 years of leadership experience in the homebuilding and real estate industry. Prior to joining Camelot, he was senior vice president of Toll Brothers in Arizona.

In his new role, Rosinski will oversee day-to-day operations including sales, marketing, land acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, purchasing, trade relations and design services.

“It’s my privilege to continue Camelot’s nearly 57-year legacy of best-in-class performance across product, process and people,” Rosinski said. “I don’t take it lightly that ultimately we are creating spaces where lasting memories are made.”
