Camelot Homes took home the highest honor at the 2024 National Housing Quality Awards (NHQA), sponsored by Pro Builder Media — the Gold award.

“To learn that we’ve finally achieved the Gold award for operational excellence as judged by peers in the industry was truly a thrill and one of our highest goals,” said Managing Director Julie Hancock in a press release.

Camelot previously earned bronze status with NHQA in 2021. After receiving a 20-plus page feedback report from the NHQA team, the company went back to work, implementing changes and improvements to achieve Gold status. These company-wide changes included key performance indicator analysis, in-depth customer service operations and the creation of an entry level luxury division, a custom home division and a renovation division.

Camelot’s 2024 feedback report notes that “the company knows exactly who they are, who their customers are, who they want to be as an organization, and what works within their niche in the market.”

“We’ve become stronger as a company and as individuals as a result of our participation in the NHQA process,” said Camelot Homes COO Kevin Rosinski.
