Sales are underway at Soleil, a 20-unit townhome community in Midtown Phoenix. Alice Blakely of The Brokery is serving as the exclusive listing agent for the development.
Designed by architect developer John Labahn and Chicago-based architect Erik Johnson, the project features four-story townhomes priced from $850,000. Units range from 2,097 to 2,359 square feet with two to three bedrooms, 2.5 to three bathrooms, rooftop decks and one- or two-car garages.
Townhomes utilize the “brise-soleil” technique, which deflects sunlight and reduces heat in the home.
“Soleil offers beautiful design and modern living in the heart of the city,” Labahn said in a press release. “With the multi-level design and rooftop terraces, these homes are well suited for those who work from home and appreciate the ease of owning a low-maintenance property near great restaurants, museums, schools and all downtown and Midtown have to offer.”
