Camelot Homes will hold a grand opening for The Edge at Joy Ranch, a luxury new-home community in North Scottsdale, Jan. 29 through Feb 1.

The community, located next to Tonto National Forest, features 52 homesites on three-quarter-acre lots. One-story floor plans range from 3,400 to over 5,000 square feet with indoor-outdoor living spaces, game rooms, wet bars, three- or four-car garages and private casitas.

Pricing starts in the mid-$2 millions.

The four-day grand opening will begin with a VIP event benefitting the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation on Thursday, followed by a private broker open on Friday and public open houses on Saturday and Sunday.
