Sales have begun for a collection of 14 townhomes at The Arcadian in Phoenix. This second phase of sales follows the sellout of all 11 units in phase one.

Floor plans range from 1,406 to 1,923 square feet with two to four bedrooms, three to four bathrooms and two-car garages. All plans are three levels, with one featuring a fourth rooftop deck level.

Prices range from $548,000 to the low-$900,000s. The Phil Tibi Group with Compass is handling sales.

“The response to The Arcadian has been strong, with our buyers being drawn to the location, the thoughtful design and the lifestyle,” Project Manager Taylor Robinson said in a press release. “While we’re just now kicking off sales for our second phase, we’ve already closed escrow on three of the units.”

A phase two grand opening event will be held on Jan. 24.

Upon completion, The Arcadian will include 40 townhome units.
