Greystar started pre-leasing for its new luxury apartment community, Azur, in North Phoenix. Move-ins for the first 100 residences are slated for January.

Upon completion, the seven-story project will be home to 348 apartments. Floor plans range from 621 to 1,419 square feet with one to two bedrooms, high ceilings, oversized closets, stainless-steel appliances, patio balconies and in-unit washers and dryers. Some two-bedroom units will feature 2.5 bathrooms.

Onsite amenities include a Peloton-equipped fitness room, yoga and pilates studio, hot-and-cold plunge, sauna, rooftop pool, clubhouse, dog wash station, bike storage and outdoor grilling areas.

“We designed this building to meet the growing housing demand from growing local employers including The Mayo Clinic, American Express, Avnet and Republic Services, among many others,” said Jorge Piña of SofMac Partners, Azur’s equity partner. “The quality of finishes and expansive resort-style amenities are a perfect fit for their discerning employees.”

Azur is located across the street from Sprouts Farmers Market and Press Coffee, both set to open next August.
