New Home Co. unveiled a new model home at Teravalis in the master-planned community’s Floreo village.
The builder is offering floor plans ranging from 1,880 to 2,712 square feet, with three to four bedrooms.
“With each new model opening, we continue to realize the promise of Teravalis as a dynamic, forward-thinking community in the West Valley,” Charley Freericks, president of Howard Hughes’s Arizona region, said in a press release. “We’re delighted to welcome New Home Co. to the lineup of award-winning builders helping to bring our shared vision to life.”
Floreo is projected to add over 8,000 homes to the West Valley upon full buildout.
