As a managing broker, Julie Martinez is proud to offer a smile, a listening ear and honest advice to all her colleagues.

Martinez first entered real estate in 2013 and, after five years in the business, found herself gravitating toward compliance. She eventually became a compliance manager at North&Co., rising up the ranks to become senior compliance manager and, in 2021, managing broker. Additionally, Julie is the Gilbert branch manager, providing in-person broker support.

Outside of work, Martinez cares for her three sons and husband and enjoys cute monkey videos. She is a 35-year resident of East Valley.
