Jonathan Miller brings extensive experience across all areas of residential real estate, from luxury properties and investment opportunities to helping first-time buyers achieve homeownership. Known for his market knowledge, personalized guidance and community-focused approach, he works closely with clients across the greater Phoenix area.

Especially passionate about making homeownership more accessible, Miller works with nonprofit organizations throughout the Valley, including Newtown Community Development Corporation and Housing Our Communities, which provide education, counseling, financial coaching and down-payment assistance to first-time homebuyers.

Through his work with Newtown, Miller has developed valuable experience with Community Land Trusts, an innovative approach that creates permanently affordable homeownership opportunities. Newtown operates Arizona’s largest Community Land Trust and is also a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, offering services in both English and Spanish.

Miller also serves as chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, giving him valuable insight into local real estate issues, community development and the decisions shaping the area’s future.
