Slava Kostadinova-Burke is a real estate executive, luxury specialist and brokerage leader with more than 20 years of industry experience. A Bulgarian native with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, her journey to the American Dream began with a law school internship in Washington, D.C., ultimately leading to a successful career in real estate.

Kostadinova-Burke joined DeLex Realty as managing broker in 2015 when the brokerage had approximately 60 agents. In the years since, she’s played a key role in its growth to nearly 1,400 agents. Today, she serves as vice president of acquisitions, Arizona managing broker, Washington designated broker and head of the brokerage’s Luxury Division.

Known for her drive, strategic leadership and ability to connect with people, Kostadinova-Burke continues to help shape DeLex Realty’s growth while championing opportunity, innovation and excellence in luxury real estate.
