Josh Altman of The Altman Brothers and “Million Dollar Listing LA” is teaming up with Scottsdale Realtor Scott Grigg, leader of Grigg’s Group. Grigg’s Group was formerly affiliated with Realty Executives Phoenix.
Now known as the Grigg’s Group Powered By The Altman Brothers, they are the only Arizona team with an in-house media department and full-time camera crew. The team is launching with 25 agents in a new office location along the Camelback Corridor, serving clients in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Biltmore, Arcadia and more.
“We are not just your local Scottsdale experts anymore,” Grigg said in a news release. “We are a global brokerage offering a platform and database never offered before in the greater Phoenix area.”

The Altman Brothers and Grigg’s Group have a combined 50 years of experience in residential real estate.
