Mosaic and NexMetro Communities broke ground on Avilla Palomino, a build-to-rent single-family home community in Glendale. The project marks NexMetro’s 24th in the Phoenix area.

Located at 5023 W. Peoria Ave., the cottage-style community will consist of 197 units ranging in size from one- to three-bedrooms. All units will have private backyards and front patios.

Future amenities for the 18-acre site include a resort-style pool, spa, dog park, shaded pavilion and outdoor barbecues.
