Toll Brothers Apartment Living secured construction financing for Henri, a 313-unit rental community first announced last October. Banc of California provided a $65 million loan.
Designed by Architects Orange and Streetsense, the midrise community will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and over 36,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. Residents will have access to coworking and lounge spaces, a fitness center and a rooftop sun lounge and pool.
Construction on Henri began in July. The multifamily community is located at 502 W. Van Buren Street in Glendale along Roosevelt Row, Phoenix’s arts district.
