Construction is underway at Portico, a luxury Scottsdale condominium building from developer Belgravia Group. The property won the Phoenix Agent’s Choice Award for Multifamily Project of the Year from Phoenix Agent Magazine earlier in 2023.

Designed by KTGY Architecture, Portico homes incorporate stucco, metal and wood accents and steel sunshades.

“The Portico project was specifically designed to fit within a niche between single-family residential communities and typical multifamily buildings in the Scottsdale marketplace,” said Demetrios Stavrianos, executive director of architecture for KTGY. “In a collaboration with our client, Belgravia Group, we knew we wanted to produce a type of product that was more consistent with urban typology than suburban.”

The project is slated for completion in June 2025 and will ultimately be home to 112 one- to four-bedroom residences — half of which are already sold.
