What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

I was a competitive cheerleading coach. I was also a table instructor.

Where did you grow up?

Massachusetts.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

A professional cheerleader or school teacher.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

Workout.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Michael Jordan, his lucky #23 is also our family lucky number. His drive and knowledge in his craft and constant working hard shine is inspiring, and I would love to pick his brain and get advice.

What is Phoenix’s best-kept secret?

So many amazing opportunities in Arizona for you to build a company from the ground up. There is such a high demand for so many trades, sports training, medical needs… if you work hard there is enough business for everyone

What do you love most about the industry?

I love being able to enjoy working with people! I love the stories and accomplishments of all my clients. I love being part of one of their most important life moments.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

I am down to earth , and can get along with anyone. I have a need and a drive to ensure my clients are the #1 priority. I am extremely knowledgable and am in constant learning environments that benefit my clients and structure of my business.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Definitely not enough time in a day to get everything done.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

To be able to answer this correctly it would depend on your personality. To get started I would say talk to one random person everyday, random talk, then close it with a real estate quote.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

Positive mind set YouTube podcasts!

What’s your favorite meal in Phoenix?

Pita Jungle – steak wrap and garlic potatoes

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Phoenix?

I LOVE the historic homes in central Phoenix. They are amazing and have a unique feel and vibe. Always feel a sense of calm and awe when touring with clients.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

That I used to design pageant gowns and dance costumes.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

First experience in Maui this summer, and I am hooked. Being 10 minutes from the beach my whole life, I realized how much I love the ocean and how relaxing and satisfying it is to lay on the beach in silence

What is your favorite city after Phoenix?

I love Newport, Rhode Island. Perfect little quaint beach town. So much history and trails.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?

Work hard and make HUGE goals… never settle to be good.

 
Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?

I enjoy anyone who is sending out positive mindset ideas, anything fashion, fitness training.
