What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

I worked for the Arizona Dairy Farmers and gained a great deal of respect for the hard work they put in day and out and all they provide to our community!

Tornado chaser.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

Workout or blast some music (have an adult beverage depending on how stressed I am).

Gandhi. We are always trying to improve ourselves, and Gandhi had such a truthfulness and temperance through his words.

What is Phoenix’s best-kept secret?

That is the million-dollar question! Every time I think I found it through a new hiking spot or restaurant I hear of something better.

What do you love most about the industry?

No two transactions are the same so I am constantly learning and the face on homeowners when we pass keys makes it all worth it.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

I’m authentic. What you see is what you get. I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, and I’m OK with that. I work with people who want to work with me, and that makes the experience fun for all parties!

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

Toss up between keeping the pipeline flowing and playing therapist to clients.

Tacos.

Taliesin West.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

Hands down, walking into a house when the homeowner is still there … not sure who gets more startled.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

I was supposed to get married in a hot air balloon (but it rained on my wedding day).

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

Any beach. I live landlocked, and the waves are relaxing.

What is your favorite city after Phoenix?

Pittsburgh.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?

Ask questions.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app?

My calendar, I’d be lost without it!

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?

Phx places of interest (I don’t know them all) and mom memes (we’re all on the struggle bus and it softens the blow some days).
