With more than 70 years of combined leadership, van den Bossche and Hampton lead the Exec-Elite team at Realty Executives Arizona Territory. In 2025, the team expanded into custom new construction in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. They are also expanding into Southern California. “Our work is grounded in a shared belief that real estate is ultimately about people,” the duo says. “Serving clients well is a privilege.”
Recognized as the No. 1 agent in Maricopa County and No. 2 worldwide within Realty Executives International in 2022, van den Bossche went into residential sales in 2005 following a 20 year commercial real estate career. She attended graduate school at Arizona State University and is currently working on her master’s degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Patrick van den Bossche, president of Realty Executives International, are long-time members of the Young President’s Organization.
Hampton contributes leadership and negotiation expertise developed over a 30-year career working with Fortune 100 organizations. His strengths in negotiation, construction and design allow clients to make informed decisions with clarity and confidence. A former ASU collegiate athlete, he holds the 1990 national weightlifting championship in squats; a testament to the discipline and commitment he brings to his clients.
