Heather Robb Novak, Luxury Real Estate Specialist

Walt Danley Local Luxury, Christie’s International Real Estate

With two decades of real estate experience, what Heather Robb Novak finds most satisfying is finding the right home for her clients. “Whether it’s the desire of a prime location, close proximity to amenities, the allure of luxury amidst desert or mountain terrain with breathtaking views, or the appeal of resort-style living, I thoroughly enjoy the process of uncovering what resonates most with my clients,” she shares.

Novak has become one of the go-to luxury real estate specialists at Walt Danley Local Luxury Christie’s International Real Estate, focusing on sales in Paradise Valley since 2010. “In 1999, I embarked on a journey that sparked my interest in the intricacies of home construction by building my first home in North Scottsdale,” she recalls. “The experience ignited a passion within me for the building process.”

Her journey into real estate began in 1998. “Relocating to the Valley from Fargo, North Dakota, I quickly became immersed in the vibrant world of Arizona real estate. Since 2004, my passion for every aspect of this industry has been unwavering,” she says. Transitioning from a career in advertising sales and benefit auctioneering, Novak has found her years in real estate to be immensely satisfying. “Each deal presents unique challenges, and no two transactions are alike,” she reflects. “I thrive on collaborating with my buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for such significant life decisions.”

Beyond her professional endeavors, Novak finds fulfillment in a diverse range of interests and hobbies. From yoga to Pilates, and hiking to tending to her garden, she’s living her life to the fullest. “One recent highlight for me was embarking on an epic adventure across Iceland with my 17-year-old son,” she says. “I am blessed with a rich and meaningful life, filled with incredible experiences and deep relationships.”
