With a father in land development, Allison Cahill was destined for the industry. A North Scottsdale resident for almost two decades, Cahill worked as a French teacher and corporate tax attorney prior to real estate. Now nearly 13 years later, she is the designated broker at her firm — overseeing 60 agents — and expertly sells luxury and investment properties throughout the region.

Specializing in luxury residential real estate including desert and golf course properties, Cahill is often applauded for her detailed approach, as well as her contract and market knowledge. “I am known to get very excited about market statistics,” she quips. By carefully curating the number of clients she takes on each year, she is able to give each seller her undivided attention and provide the most purposeful marketing strategies.

Though she has received numerous awards throughout the years, it’s satisfied clients that Cahill strives for. She says, “Awards are nice … but the biggest reward is seeing how happy my clients are when I have helped them achieve their goals.” She credits her experience as an attorney as being instrumental in her success, fostering the strong listening and negotiation skills that have helped grow her business organically. Heavily involved in her local and national Realtor associations, Cahill is honored to serve as president-elect for the Scottsdale area association, where she’ll serve as president next year. Additionally, she has been recently appointed to the board of directors at the national level.

Cahill enjoys skiing and is proud to have traversed the extremely steep runs of Sun Valley with her family. A lover of the outdoors, she also enjoys golf, hiking, kayaking and paddle boarding when not involved in her numerous charitable endeavors. Her newest hobby is fly fishing, which she does mostly in Colorado or Montana.
