Jennifer Nelson, Realtor, Team Leader, TV Host

Realty Executives

At age 9, Jennifer Nelson enjoyed drawing renovation plans for her parents, telling them how to maximize their real estate investments. With her father in the industry, Nelson always loved old and historic homes, which led to her first real estate investment in Seattle with her husband in 2001. “We bought our first flip home in 2002,” she shares. “That’s when I realized I was going to do real estate for the rest of my life.”

A Realtor and team lead with Realty Executives, Nelson has worked in the industry for 22 years specializing in luxury properties, investment properties, historic houses and single-family homes throughout Phoenix and Scottsdale. “My background in building, developing and investing gives me the ability to look at properties from both a quality-of-life perspective and an investment space,” she says. “I also enjoy teaching other agents about renovating old homes within historic overlays.”

Realty Executives presented Nelson with the Best of the Best Award from 2019 to 2023 and the Positivity Award in 2020. Signature Title and Phoenix Homeowner Magazine named her as Top Team 2022. A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Guild member, she belongs to the Phoenix Association of Realtors and the Phoenix Leadership Circle. A supporter of the Christian organization YoungLife for years, she now volunteers with the youth program at Scottsdale Bible Church and is part of Realty Executives’ efforts to support the Phoenix Rescue Mission and OCJ Kids.

Genuinely caring about people and constantly learning are major reasons for Nelson’s accomplishments. “A defining pillar of my team’s success is that we actually do not work with everyone,” she explains. “I’ve turned down potential clients who have questionable ethics, which has created a business I love with truly wonderful clients.” When not working, she enjoys going for a run or cheering on her five kids in their sports.
