Initially focused on commercial construction and finance, van den Bossche transitioned to full-time residential home sales in 2005. Her dedication and expertise culminated in her being recognized as the No. 1 solo agent in Maricopa County and No. 2 worldwide within the Realty Executives International network in 2022. Her extensive industry experience enables van den Bossche to share best practices and foster strong relationships with some of the most seasoned brokers worldwide.
Hampton delivers a wealth of skills honed over a 30-year career marked by intensive training in leadership and negotiation with prominent Fortune 100 global corporate entities. He is known for navigating intricate client negotiations, spearheading enterprise sales, fostering cross-functional collaboration and steering teams. This background, coupled with his expertise in design, construction, renovation and sales of luxury properties, led Hampton to join van den Bossche at Exec-Elite.
Interior designer Isabella Lafferty provides crucial support to the team. She also operates a thriving interior decorating business, Isabella’s Design Studio, that specializes in a unique virtual delivery approach and product sourcing. Lafferty serves a diverse clientele of agents nationwide.
Passionate about faith, family and fitness, van den Bossche is a longtime member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Hampton, a former collegiate athlete at Arizona State University, was the 1990 national weightlifting champion.
