Andrew Glenn, Designated Broker

My Home Group

Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in construction, Andrew Glenn previously spent time working in construction project management. A Maricopa County native who has lived and worked in many of its surrounding areas, he now assists residential clientele — from first-time to luxury buyers — in Arizona and Nevada.

Starting as a young agent with his company who earned a Rookie of the Year award, he later obtained his broker’s license and was asked by company owners to become a designated broker at My Home Group Real Estate LLC. A laid-back professional with a penchant for direct, one-on-one client service, he is known for his availability to his clients and holding clients’ best interests at heart. His business is now composed largely of referrals and repeat clients. As a master communicator, Glenn credits much of his success to his ability to have difficult conversations while managing emotions, yet simultaneously remaining compassionate.

Leaning into a no-pressure posture, Glenn strives to see clients win and make the absolute best decision for themselves. With 12 years of experience helping them to do just that, he now leads his firm’s broker team with poise and solid expertise, always making an effort to support agents every step of the way. He steers a team of four brokers and roughly 3,000 agents through mentorship, classroom instruction and involvement in industry-specific organizations. His vast knowledge and leadership skills led to his appointment as a director with the National Association of Realtors.

Through the philanthropic arm of his company, Glenn and his colleagues dedicate their resources, passion and expertise to charitable endeavors that truly matter — many of which benefit children. “I truly enjoy assisting kids and helping them grow,” Glenn shares. His proudest personal accomplishment from the past year is carving out time to volunteer with his children’s athletic endeavors.
