Boutique real estate brokerage Cambridge Properties has opened a new office that will serve as its Phoenix headquarters. The milestone comes alongside the brokerage’s 30-year anniversary.

Located at 1515 E. Missouri Ave., the 8,000-square-foot office features meeting spaces, gathering areas, conference rooms, private offices, private phone call booths and a luxury kitchen. The office replaces Cambridge’s previous location on N. Tatum Boulevard.

The brokerage’s operations include a new-home sales team, led by Founder, President and CEO Keith Mishkin, and an existing-home sales team, led by brother and COO Cory Mishkin.

“For 30 years, Cambridge has been built on relationships — with our clients, our agents and the communities we serve,” Keith Mishkin said in a press release. “This new headquarters is a physical expression of that philosophy. It’s welcoming, collaborative and designed to support the way we work together.”
