Dream Finders Homes opened its first Phoenix-area community: Rancho Mirage in Maricopa.

The builder will offer floor plans ranging from 1,593 to 2,531 square feet with pricing starting at $339,990. Offerings include one- and two-story homes with optional multi-generational suite upgrades. Over 100 lots are available.

“We are thrilled to introduce Dream Finders Homes to the Phoenix market,” Phoenix Division President Tyler Champlin said in a press release. “With its combination of affordability, modern home designs and easy access to recreation, Rancho Mirage opens the door to homeownership for buyers who may be priced out elsewhere in the region.”

Community amenities include a playground, picnic area, fishing lake, basketball court and pickleball courts.

Dream Finders plans to expand further into the Phoenix market with upcoming sales in Surprise, Goodyear and San Tan Valley.

“In addition to acquiring homesites and launching sales, we’ve been focused on building strong relationships with local Realtors and introducing them to the Dream Finders Homes experience,” Champlin added.

The builder will host a grand opening event for agents at Rancho Mirage on March 29.
