Joshua Smith is now an agent with eXp Realty. Smith will be a member of the Wolf Pack, a team led by Mike Sherrard. His manager and eight-person team will join him in the move.

Before joining eXp, Smith was the owner of REVISTO Real Estate Group with My Home Group. He’s also the host of the GSD Mode real estate podcast, offers coaching and training for real estate agents and is the co-owner of the real estate software company Perfect Storm.

During his decades-long career, Smith has closed over 7,000 transactions, including 297 in 2023. He was also a finalist in the National Association of REALTORS’® 30 Under 30 in 2011 and was ranked as the No. 30 Realtor in the U.S. by The Wall Street Journal.
